B2B PAy, S.L. (hereinafter B2BPay) respects your privacy. We offer services that allow platforms and companies to formalize contracts with each other and make payment transactions in a secure manner.
The aim of this policy is to inform you about the different services offered by B2BPay through its website www.b2bpay.eu and which affect your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk associated with the processing of personal data. We maintain organisational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect personal data within our organisation against unauthorised access, destruction, loss, alteration or misuse. Your personal data is only accessible to a limited number of our staff who need access to the information to perform their duties. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We keep your personal data as long as we provide you with our services. We retain personal data after we cease to provide our services to you directly or indirectly, even if you close your account with B2BPay, to the extent necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and for the purpose of fraud, monitoring, detection and prevention. We also retain personal data in order to comply with our tax, accounting and financial reporting obligations, where we are required by law to retain the data. When we do retain data, we do so in accordance with the mandatory periods prescribed by law.
B2BPay's services are not aimed at people under the age of thirteen (18) and we ask that they do not provide personal data through our platform.
The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were originally collected.
Once the data is no longer necessary for the processing in question, it will be kept duly blocked so that, if appropriate, it can be made available to the competent public administrations and bodies, judges and courts or the public prosecutor's office, in accordance with the limitation period for actions that may arise from the relationship maintained with the client and/or the legally stipulated storage periods.
